We know that making health data available to private sector funding streams and real estate professional expertise will help embed improved practice.
To help us test what this data might do for the industry our real estate intervention worked with two industry leaders, Federated Hermes and Land Securities and their projects in Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester to provide robust evidence under a number of scenarios and urban contexts.
During 2024/5 with access to the projects and expertise our Health Appraisal of Urban Systems (HAUS) model was tested to provide unique health evidence which we hope will spearhead change in the industry.
